Team Building Exercises
Hands-on training features a range of advanced weapons systems, giving you direct experience with tools rarely available to the public. Exercises may include working with mortars, anti-tank cannons, grenade launchers, crew-served weapons, and more, all under expert guidance to ensure both safety and skill development.
Challenge Scenarios
Custom scenarios push skills and teamwork through real-world applications. Challenges may include driving tanks, demolition, land navigation, escape and evade exercises, tactical first aid, and a final proprietary team challenge designed to test everything learned.

With years of experience in crisis response, anti-terrorism security, executive protection, and disaster preparedness, he designs and leads training that’s both realistic and safe. Kelly’s measured presence and depth of knowledge ensure participants gain practical skills, enhanced confidence, and a deeper understanding of tactical operations.

Lodging Options
Our primary lodging, the Quonset Hut, comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and serves as the central gathering space for your stay. For larger groups, you can add the Cactus Wren House and the Tiny House to accommodate additional guests, bringing total capacity to around 24. Each option offers comfortable off-grid living surrounded by wide open views, ensuring your event is both seamless and unforgettable.
